Bhutan is better suited to group travelers than solo travelers because the destination has a tendency to slow you down, and a group trip to Bhutan emphasizes this. As a group traveler, this location ensures that you have a richer experience at every turn. From Thimphu’s vibrant streets to the majestic allure of Punakha, this Bhutan group tour package will provide you and your loved ones with unforgettable memories to treasure for a lifetime. The experiences you’ll have, whether it’s a leisurely evening watching prayer flags flutter against the mountains or an amazing hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, will definitely strengthen your group’s bonds. As we thoughtfully organize your Bhutan group tour, we will make sure you and your loved ones focus just on the experience. Have a look at your full itineraries to see exactly how your Bhutan adventure could take shape.

Bhutan is the only country in the world that measures national success by Gross National Happiness rather than economic output. It is also one of the world's last carbon-negative countries — the forests absorb more carbon than the population produces. Tourism is deliberately kept low-volume through the Sustainable Development Fee, which means you get pristine landscapes and uncrowded monasteries most other Himalayan destinations can no longer offer.
The Tiger's Nest trek is moderately challenging — it is not a technical climb, but it does involve a sustained uphill walk of roughly 4 to 5 kilometres to reach the monastery, with a significant elevation gain of approximately 900 metres from the valley floor. Beginners and reasonably fit older travellers manage it comfortably at a slow pace, and ponies are available for part of the route for those who'd rather ride up.
The Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is a mandatory daily charge levied by the Royal Government of Bhutan on all tourists. For Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals, the SDF is currently set at ₹1,200 per person per night — a significant reduction from the fee charged to other foreign nationals. This fee is included in your Tripjyada package price.
Indian nationals do not require a visa to enter Bhutan — but you do need a valid Indian passport or a government-issued Voter ID card. A permit called the "Entry Permit" is issued at the border crossing point or airport on arrival and is arranged through your tour operator, so Tripjyada handles this as part of your booking.
Pack for variable mountain weather — Bhutan's temperatures can shift significantly between valley and pass level, and between morning and afternoon. Layering is essential. Key items include comfortable walking shoes or lightweight trekking boots with good grip, a warm jacket, and modest clothing covering shoulders and knees for monastery visits, where a respectful dress code is enforced.
Included in your package: 6 nights accommodation on twin-sharing basis in comfortable hotels and guesthouses across Paro, Thimphu, Punakha, and Phuentsholing, daily breakfast and dinner throughout the tour, all transfers between destinations in private vehicles, the Sustainable Development Fee, all permits and a local guide. Airfare, lunch, entry fees and personal expenses are excluded.
Note:- Valid ID proof (Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence). PAN Card & Aadhar Card is not acceptable. In case of a child below 18 years bring Aadhar or Birth Certificate. 4 Passport sized photographs of each person.
